So I’ve decided that what I really, really, really want from Hollywood next summer is a dramedy starring Kristen Bell and Gillian Jacobs as sisters (and maybe Kim Raver is their aunt or weird oldest sister). Kristen’s the older, more polished one, Gillian’s the spaz, and they used to be really close, but they drifted apart after Kristen’s character went to college and got a job and now they’re just super-competitive, but when something goes wrong, Gillian turns to Kristen for help and, after KB bitches her out for being so irresponsible, over the absolutely ridiculous-without-being-over-the-top course of their trying to put it right, they become best friends again. And of course there are hot guys, but the love interests are secondary to the bond between these two sisters, and it is heartwarming but also hilarious, because these ladies can rock comedy both verbal and physical like no one’s business.
So… someone get on that.
